Hawaii COVID-19 Update for 4/5/2020

GREAT NEWS: smallest increase in cases since 3/31. Today we had only a 5.7% growth over yesterday which brought down our 3 day average to 9.5% which is right there w/ Japan (9.1%) and just above Spain and Global averages of 8%.
