* Hawaii and CLEAR are piloting a new program to streamline and verify COVID-19 test results for arriving passengers. Starting today, passengers on select United and Delta flights from Los Angeles (LAX) to Honolulu (HNL) can participate in CLEAR’s Health Pass. For more information, see this KITV4 segment.

* Outrigger Resorts has issued an interesting promise for people booking a Waikiki stay with them now through May 1, 2021. Here’s the Outrigger Promise: “We promise that guests who stay at either Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort or Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger for four nights or more in 2021 will love their experience so much, that if they don’t they can simply phone Outrigger’s call center at 1-866-256-8461 to be credited for a future stay, subject to applicable terms and conditions.” See this link for more information.

* Hawaii’s rate of COVID-19 cases has been trending downwards. Only 17 cases were reported for the entire state on Tuesday, which is the lowest number since July. Yay! You can check out the state’s dashboard here.

* A new bill has been introduced that would establish uniform COVID-19  travel rules and restrictions across the state. (Source)

* TravelZoo had a great Oahu luau deal with rates starting at $88 per adult and $65 per child. In addition to the luau, this deal includes admission to Sea Life Park. For details, see this link.
